Professional Bio
Antoine Griffin is an innovative and dynamic professional with significant experience in client relations and stakeholder engagement. He is currently serving as a Business Analyst with Youngkings Organization, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring young men to become leaders in education, athletics, and their communities.
Griffin joined Youngkings in 2015, where he has consistently demonstrated his leadership skills through each project he has managed. He has been featured as a speaker representing the organization at many industry events. Notably, the presented to a group of 30 high school students at the YoungKings Organization event, ‘Ties 2 Technology’ sponsored by Dell Technologies.
A key element of Griffin’s success as a Business Analyst lies within his innate ability to partner with senior stakeholders and other internal teams in order to ensure each team member’s goals are in alignment with one another’s. With each project he spearheads, he ensure that the stakeholders are fully engaged in the execution of the data-driven projects and that they understand business value and impact.
Prior to joining Youngkings, Griffin created and built MotivateMe, a non-profit organization designed to provide for the less fortunate and inspire the youth. Through his work, the organization raised approximately $10,000 worth of supplies and food to serve approximately 3,000 people in need. He has also held other influential roles, counseling and instructing students, serving as a mentor to them.
As the founder of the University of West Florida’s football team, Griffin was able to hone his leadership abilities from an early age. In addition to founding the team, he also served as the team’s captain throughout his college career, garnering recognition as a key player in national championship games. During his senior year, Griffin was selected to participate in the 2019 NFL draft, and was courted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Business in the spring of this year.
Griffin is actively pursuing a career in internal sales, a role that will allow him to leverage his client relationship management skills and project management expertise.
