Margit C. Howard is a retired Air Force veteran where she served twenty-three years in numerous leadership and management positions. She was a senior advisor providing leadership, management, and guidance on organizing and training one hundred and fifty- five personnel. She advised senior leaders on issues impacting organization quality, morale welfare, and personnel career development. As a principal advocate and advisor for all functional areas of the organization, such as operations, training, evaluation, manpower, and resources, she implemented policies and procedures providing clear and distinct direction to personnel.
Margit Howard supervised, counseled, trained, and mentored personnel on performance, professional and military education, and personal and financial readiness. She paneled quarterly and annual awards boards evaluated packages and interviewed, counseled, and mentored personnel ensuring the top performers were recognized. In addition, she managed monthly meetings and initiated efforts to improve communication resulting in positively influencing the office climate.
Finally, Margit Howard composed memoranda, letters, performance feedback and reports, and awards using Microsoft Office products. She also created Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track training, manning, and resources. Lastly, she finalized Instruction revision identified critical issues and synced with department requirements ensuring seamless support across organizations.
Margit Howard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University. She is married to Nathan Howard and has four children.

Michael Carson is a Credit Products Manager at Bank of America where he leads a large team of Small Business Underwriters and ensures clients get the financing they need to allow their business to operate efficiently and grow. Carson is passionate about serving Clients and developing new leaders.
Each year, Carson’s team approves billions of dollars in loans and lines to Bank of America Clients. To accomplish this, Carson and his team work with external and internal clients to understand their goals and ensure they are matched with the credit products that will allow them to achieve their goals effectively. He and his team identify risks that could result in a potential loss to the Bank and work to minimize the bank’s risk while also accommodating Clients’ needs.
Over his career, Carson has held numerous professional leadership positions in financial services and financial services regulations. Additionally, Carson has been an active non-profit leader. In addition to serving on the Board of Young Kings, Inc., Carson has served as a Board Member for the Tampa Bay and Charlotte chapters of the Risk Management Association, the Charlotte chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, the United Way of Robeson County, and the Community School for People Under Six. Along with other volunteer activities, Carson mentors a number of young and mid-career professionals and students.
Carson’s thoughts on community and economic development have been published by Blair Publishing in a book titled “Charlotte Viewpoint: Perspectives.” His thoughts and guidance on economic development and financial services regulation have also been published by Heartland Publications and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
Carson holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Carson is a Certified Management Accountant and holds an Entrepreneurship certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Quante’ is a Cincinnati native who possesses fifteen plus years of extensive management experience and strategic leadership across multiple industries. Antoine Griffin is an innovative and dynamic professional with significant experience in client relations and stakeholder engagement. He is currently serving as a Business Analyst with Youngkings Organization, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring young men to become leaders in education, athletics, and their communities.
Griffin joined Youngkings in 2015, where he has consistently demonstrated his leadership skills through each project he has managed. He has been featured as a speaker representing the organization at many industry events. Notably, the presented to a group of 30 high school students at the YoungKings Organization event, ‘Ties 2 Technology’ sponsored by Dell Technologies.
A key element of Griffin’s success as a Business Analyst lies within his innate ability to partner with senior stakeholders and other internal teams in order to ensure each team member’s goals are in alignment with one another’s. With each project he spearheads, he ensure that the stakeholders are fully engaged in the execution of the data-driven projects and that they understand business value and impact.
Prior to joining Youngkings, Griffin created and built MotivateMe, a non-profit organization designed to provide for the less fortunate and inspire the youth. Through his work, the organization raised approximately $10,000 worth of supplies and food to serve approximately 3,000 people in need. He has also held other influential roles, counseling and instructing students, serving as a mentor to them.
As the founder of the University of West Florida’s football team, Griffin was able to hone his leadership abilities from an early age. In addition to founding the team, he also served as the team’s captain throughout his college career, garnering recognition as a key player in national championship games. During his senior year, Griffin was selected to participate in the 2019 NFL draft, and was courted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Business in the spring of this year.
Griffin is actively pursuing a career in internal sales, a role that will allow him to leverage his client relationship management skills and project management expertise.

Nathan J. Howard is an innovative technology executive with extensive experience in large-scale program delivery. As the Global IT General Manager dedicated to Dell Technologies’ largest partner, he is responsible for managing the sales and delivery of billable services of global program engagements. Mr. Howard directs Dell Technologies’ largest client program, which involves over $100 million in revenue, coordination of over 160 team members to ensure client needs are identified and effectively delivered on schedule.
Prior to his role as Global IT Manager, Mr. Howard served as the Global Program Manager for EMC Corporation, which was acquired by Dell Technologies in September 2016. During his tenure, he led Global Account Services Delivery for the organization, and managed a data center relocation program designed to create a new data center that ultimately became the primary production data center. He has also held other roles that have been focused on technology project management. Before starting his career in technology, Mr. Howard served in the United States Air Force, where he focused on airborne intelligence and surveillance.
Mr. Howard is also an active member of his community, and he is the Founder and President of Young Kings, Inc., an organization that provides mentorship and guidance to inner city children with a focus on athletes and the use of technology.
Mr. Howard holds a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, as well as a masters degree in Technology Systems from East Carolina University. He is certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, as well as a certified PMP Project Manager.
