Margit, formerly a Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commander, provided outstanding leadership, management, and guidance in organizing and training 155 military and civilian personnel. In her pivotal role, she advised the Commander on issues impacting unit quality, morale, welfare, and the career development of enlisted personnel. She was a principal advocate and advisor for all functional areas, including operations, training, evaluation, manpower, and resources. Transitioning from her military service, Margit now excels as the Business Manager of a charter school, where she applies her vast experience in leadership and organizational skills to the educational sector. In addition to her professional endeavors, Margit dedicates her time and expertise as the secretary of Young Kings Inc, a non-profit organization committed to fostering the success of the next generation through academics, athletics, networking, and technology. Her commitment to leadership, community engagement, and the development of youth seamlessly bridges her past and present roles, highlighting her dedication to service and empowerment.
